NEWA Default Biofix Dates

Many pest forecast and crop management tools require a biofix date to start calculating the pest risk and crop results. NEWA tools utilize default biofix dates, estimated as described below, for end users who are not tracking the specific biofix.  For improved accuracy, always use your recorded biofix date for the pest forecast or crop management tool you are interested in. Enter it each time you use the tool. 

When tools are accessed from the Station Pages the results default to the current date. To access tool results for other end dates, select them from the main menus - Pest Forecasts, Crop Management, or Weather Data.
